You may use the site to prepare photos you are authorized to process. If the subject is a child, you must be the parent, guardian, caregiver, or another person with appropriate permission.

No acceptance guarantee

The maker provides editing and export tools, and the guides provide general preparation information. A passport office, embassy, school, daycare, agency, or application portal decides whether a photo is accepted.

Your responsibility

Confirm the current size, background, age exception, file type, and editing rules for the exact document before submission. Keep the original source file and review every generated output.

Service availability

The service may change, pause, or fail because of maintenance, network conditions, browser limitations, or image-processing errors. Do not rely on it as the only way to meet an urgent application deadline.
